How Counselling helps

Counselling provides a supportive relationship where you are able to gain awareness about yourself and how you relate to others.

I can offer you the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe and relaxed environment. The process will provide the opportunity to find the resources and strategies within yourself, enabling you to work through difficulties you are experiencing.

It is possible this could be a present or past issue. Counselling is non-directive and non-advisory, however, the opportunity to be accepted and listened to may provide the basis for you to put difficulties into perspective, so that you can make realistic plans to tackle them.
